If you’re on this website chances are you’re a genius, definitely not a fence sitter, and are oozing of great ideas on how to minimize the amount of social injustice in this world. This discussion group meets once a month to talk about world issues. The idea is not to bash current affairs, point out absurdities in foreign operations, or trash theory, but to constructively provide a forum through which everyone’s ideas are heard in a fun, non-judgmental, and open-minded way. Hopefully, this dialogue exchange can result in a more balanced perspective on a highly controversial issue, fine tune your critical thinking skills, dramatically alter they way you perceive issues, or shed light on an issue you might have not already known much about before. In any aspect you’re opinion counts and deservingly needs to be heard.

If you don’t feel like talking that’s okay, just show up and have fun listening to thoughtful banter- think of it as a general assembly of different positions on a given topic. Every month a new invitation will be posted on this site. If you have any ideas you want to discuss just bring it up and we can definitely take a crack at them in the following talk — provided that they deal with a pressing social, political or international development issue.
